Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for professional furniture removal and transport.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
